02. How could I participate in Citidirect
Business?
You just Click Distributor Online Application
in main page to verify your sponsor ID and complete
your particulars. Click next and confirm for submission.
Please log-in to Distributor Back Office by using
your Distributor ID and Password. You have to
purchase a Salekit from the online at Back
Office or click Distributor Online Purchase.
03. What is the different between Master
Plan and 5 Star Plan?
Master Plan is a Synchronized Plan with
5 Star Plan. Master Plan you can enjoy Unilevel
Bonus, Leadership Development Bonus, Business
Development Tour and International Profit Sharing
Bonus.
In 5 Star Plan you can enjoy personal sales and
group sales with high percentage up to 93%. The
first 50 Personal Sales Bonus Value (BV) will
be computed in the Master Plan and Personal Sales
51 BV and above will be computed in the 5 Star
Plan.
04. What is back office?
Every Distributor will be given a Back Office
at the company web site. In your Back Office,
you can access and check your Distributor Profile,
e-wallet, purchases, bonus report, sales report,
on-line order, real time tree, real time group
sales list, query and comment, sales campaign
and stockist list.
05. How can I access into back office?
Every Distributor is given a same number for Distributor
ID and Password to access into your back office.
You are advice to change your Distributor Password
immediately after the company approves your registration
application.
06. When can I receive my bonuses?
Every time you purchase the product from the company,
the BV will be computed to Real Time calculation.
The bonuses will be debit to your e-wallet as
an e-point. One e-point is equivalent to RM1.
07. Can I change my Distributor ID?
No.
08. Can I change my up-line Distributor?
No.
09. Can I edit my correspondence address?
Yes.
10. Can I check my bonus statement and
print out?
Yes.
11. Can I check my sales and my group sales
at real time?
Yes. You can check in Back Office at check purchase
and real time group sales.
12. Can I recruit others using on-line
registration?
Yes.
13. How can I purchase Citidirect products?
You can purchase Citidirect products either from
Citidirect branch office, Distributor Centres,
Mobile Stockist or on-line order.
14. Can I pay by credit card during the
on-line purchase?
Yes. The company accepts both Master and Visa
credit card but subject verification from Malaysia.
15. When can I receive my purchase products?
You can receive your purchase products within
2 to 3 working days.
16. Do I have to pay for the delivery charges?
For order of products less than 500 BV, you are
required to pay a delivery charges. Delivery charges
vary in different countries. In Australia, you
must pay delivery charges of A$10 for order less
than 500 BV.
17. Can I withdraw my e-points for others
purpose?
Sure. Every e-points in your e-wallet is belongs
to you.
18. Can I top-up an e-points to my e-wallet?
Yes. You just log-in to Back Office, click e-wallet
and choose for top-up. Present your credit
card number and submit. For cash and cheque please
kindly contact the company before you do any submission.
(Never give out your credit card number to others
Distributor during business with company. The
company will not responsible for any incidents).
19. Can I transfer e-points to another's
Citidirect Distributors e-wallet?
Yes. You just get an e-wallet number from others
Citidirect Distributors then do transfer at Back
Office, e-wallet and choose transfer.
20. Can I request to transfer my e-points
from e-wallet to my personal bank account?
Yes. You can request by sending the account number
to us.
